Armed Security Officer Training/ Georgia Blue Card
State Certified 40 hour Armed Security Officer course or Blue Card Certification.
This Course includes the 24 hour Basic Security Officer Training and the 16 hour armed training required to become a certified armed security officer in the State of Georgia.
All courses taught by 4G Tactical exceed the Mandated State of Georgia certification requirements.

You will need to furnish a Firearm and ammunition for qualification.
If you do not have a weapon you may rent one from 4G Tactical.

Unarmed Security Officer Training
State Certified 24 hour Security Officer Course
Unarmed security guards are not required to be registered with the Georgia Board of Private Detective & Security Agencies; however, unarmed security guards must be trained according to the board standards and are governed by the Board as mandated in OCGA 43-38-7.1.

Armed Security Officer Weapons Requalification
Annual Weapon Requalification Qualification is needed to maintain your Armed Security Officer License
Must bring weapon, 150 rounds of ammo, Belt, Holster, eye and ear protection.

Security Officer Continued Education
This course is an Acceptable Continuing Education Provider (ACEP) as directed by the Board.
Course Topics: Homeland Security, Terrorism indicators and threat assessment, Firearms and industry related topics to include handcuffing, Use of Force, First Aid.
Any registered employee who renews a registration after September 1 ,2007 must comply with continuing education requirements under Georgia Private Detective and Security Agencies Board Rules. 509-3-.12 Continuing Education

Security Officer Tactical Handcuffing
This course is the most complete handcuffing course you can attend. Handcuffs are among the most often used tool by officers, yet training is severely lacking. Statistics show that over 67% of resistance by subjects occur after the first handcuff has been applied. All too often the result is injury and or death to either the officer or subject. Additionally, the improper use of handcuffs is the focus of many civil law suits. Proper training in the use of handcuffs is vital to officers.

This is a must have class for anyone working in security and carrying OC.

Defensive Tactics
You will be taught proven techniques used in the Security and Law Enforcement community. You will learn quick, safe and non-lethal neutralization of hostile and physically aggressive individuals reducing the injury to the officer or the subject.
